A special application paint booth is engineered for non-standard products that don't fit a generic spray booth — e.g. valves, gear boxes, motors, alternators, CNC parts, tyres, FRP fences, food-grade chocolate moulds or oil-coated parts. The airflow, filtration, hooks and access doors are designed specifically around the component shape, weight and paint chemistry.

Yes. Autocoat manufactures dedicated paint booths for valve casting — covering ball, gate, butterfly and check valves. The booth includes phosphating-compatible pretreatment, hook conveyors sized to valve weight, dry filtration and bake oven integration. Both 7-tank and 10-tank pretreatment lines are supported for foundry-grade valve finishes.
