The grated middle section of the frp fence is painted horizontally while the main box sections are painted vertically. Maximum care to be taken while selection of the black paint , as it should dry fast & creat dust out of the over spray. For the spraying of black paint on Pultruded Fencing Painting the following accessories are required along with a pilot spray gun , air hoses and air compressor with frl unit to remove water moisture content from the clean air to be sprayed.

What surface prep does FRP need?
FRP surfaces need solvent wipe to remove mould-release agents carried over from manufacturing, light sanding to break the cured resin gloss for paint adhesion, then dust removal with tack rag before primer application. Pre-tinted gel-coated FRP may not need sanding if surface is already in suitable condition.
Can the booth paint both sides simultaneously?
For one-sided fence panels (where only the visible side is painted), single-side painting is standard. For two-sided panels needing painted on both faces, fixturing systems flip the panel between coats. Some advanced setups use overhead robotic arms reaching both sides without manual flipping.
