Total lead time is typically 10-14 weeks: 4-6 weeks manufacturing at the Chinese OEM, 3-4 weeks ocean freight to JNPT or Nhava Sheva, 1-2 weeks customs clearance and inland transport, and 1-2 weeks for installation. Autocoat tracks every milestone and updates clients weekly.

Imported booths usually arrive with Chinese 380V/50Hz wiring. Autocoat replaces the main panel, motors and lighting to run on Indian 415V/50Hz supply, adds an MCB box matching IS-codes, and tests insulation before handover. This is included in our installation package — clients get a plug-and-play unit.

Some customisation is possible after delivery — adding extra lighting, upgrading filters, adding ramps or extending working length.
