Older Spraying methods on tyre internal area vs New method of using water based paint . Previously Mica in a very tiny atomized powdered form was been sprayed in the internal areas of the tyres . The quantity of mica powder differs as per the size of the tyre . Normally dust collectors with powder guns are used for such kind of spraying techniques.
Mica Powder – Mica powder is highly useful component as an anti sticking and anti blocking compound in the production of Rubber tyres for automobiles , motor bikes , heavy duty tyres & airplanes. Applied as a dusting and releasing agent , it prevents the inner rubber and casing of tyres from sticking to the mould during vulcanization. Mica prevents movement of sulphur while permitting the air and moisture to escape during curing and creating a uniform structure. As rubber additive and filler , mica improves resilience , hardness , tensile strength and tear resistance of rubber articles
New method of using Water based Paint in Painting booth for Tyre Painting Water based paint spraying technique is a special method used to spary in the interior of the tyres before vulcanization. The water based paint is been spray with specialized spray guns & compressed air pots , . due to light stickness of the liquid and high atomization due to spay guns , it is always advised to spay with a Paint booth for tyres. The necessity of Paint booth for tires is due to the smoke generated by the spay guns need to be quickly captured by the baffles and filters of the dry paint booth.
